Project Brief Editorial illustration focused on public transportation, commuting and interplay between personal and public space, particularly within the context of the New York Subway.
In my interpretation of the brief, I aimed to transform the routine of daily commuting into a captivating and imaginative experience by infusing wonder and curiosity. My goal was to externalize the inner worlds of commuters, creating a relatable piece that invites viewers into this imaginary setting. The illustration explores the delicate balance between public and personal space in a subway car. The result engages viewers in a surreal scene mirroring the shared journey of public transportation.
